Students must maintain discipline and show respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or misbehaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
Students must maintain the minimum attendance percentage as prescribed by the institute.
Latecomers are not allowed to attend the class.
3. Study Material & Property Usage
Study materials provided by the institute are for personal use only and must not be copied or distributed.
Any damage to institute property (books, chairs, classrooms, etc.) will be chargeable.
4. Dress Code
Students must wear decent and presentable attire while attending classes.
Night dresses, shorts, and track pants are not allowed.
Students must maintain a professional appearance during all sessions.
5. Online Exams & Explanation Classes
Students must attempt the daily online exam before attending the explanation class.
Only students who complete the online exam are eligible to attend the explanation session.
Only students who have applied will be permitted to write the exam.
6. Study Materials & Class Notes
Students must bring their class notes and study materials to every class.
Failure to carry required materials may result in difficulty following the lessons.
Every student must carry a notebook for each class.
7. Fee Refund Policy
The institute follows the National Fee Refund Policy.
Students can opt for a refund within 15 days of joining the course, as per policy guidelines.
After this period, the fee will be non-refundable.
8. Mock Interview Classes
Mock interview classes are conducted only for students who clear the Mains examination.
If a student opts for a mock interview and fails to attend, a fine of up to ₹3,000 will be charged.
Students must attend mock interviews in formal dress code.
9. Lost Student ID Card
In case of loss of the Student ID card, a duplicate card can be issued on payment of up to ₹500.
10. Job Selection
If a student secures a job through the institute’s guidance, the institute reserves the right to claim the selection.
11. Student ID Card
Students must carry their Student ID card at all times while on the institute premises.
The ID card must be produced when requested by staff or security personnel.
12. Personal Contact Details
Students are strictly prohibited from sharing or requesting personal contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of fellow students or staff members.
13. Termination of Enrolment
Repeated violation of institute rules may result in termination of enrolment without any refund.
14. Complaints or Feedback
For the betterment of the institute, students may submit complaints or feedback by:
Meeting the management in person, or
Posting their message in the website’s feedback section.
15. Photography & Videography
Photography and videography on the premises are strictly prohibited.
Any violation will be penalised.
16. Batch & Branch Transfer Policy
Students must attend the batch in which they are admitted.
For batch transfer, prior permission from the concerned authorities is mandatory.
Branch transfer is chargeable.
Branch transfer is permitted up to two years from the date of admission.
No branch transfer is permitted until the completion of the syllabus.
17. Additional Rules
Usage of mobile phones on the institute premises is strictly prohibited.
Students must take permission to leave in the middle of the class.
Online accounts must not be shared with anyone. If found, the account will be permanently blocked.
